DAY 1: Broome (Embarkation)

Step aboard the True North in Broome, where you will be greeted with refreshments and cocktail. As you settle into the luxurious surroundings, enjoy the exceptional onboard amenities, including gourmet dining and spacious lounges. Then, a relaxing overnight steam to the serene Yampi Sound, where your adventure begins.
DAY 2: Buccaneer Archipelago

Today, we explore the breathtaking Buccaneer Archipelago of over 800 islands, known for its rich biodiversity, lush mangroves, and pristine white sandy beaches - home to a diverse array of wildlife. Experience stunning scenic flights over the region, including an exhilarating flyover of the iconic Horizontal Falls. Our journey also includes fishing and sightseeing tours led by the ship's knowledgeable naturalists.
DAY 3: Doubtful Bay

With the sun rising, we will ride the tide down Sale River, where our experienced guides will help you target the ravenous barramundi, or embark on a Heli-Fishing adventure to a secret, remote location. Later, we will lunch at Montgomery Reef where you will witness a spectacular 140 square miles of coral reef rising right out of the ocean, home to turtles, dugongs, crocodiles, and whole world of remarkable creatures.
DAY 4: The Prince Regent River

At Prince Regent River, you'll have your pick of unmissable fishing spots, targeting mangrove jack and fingermark bream. Then at King Cascade, we'll manoeuvre the vessel right under the falls for an iconic True North experience. Later, we'll head out for a bush walk that leads to incredible views and an equally incredible swim in a picture-perfect billabong, or visit the spectacular Amphitheatre Waterfall.
DAY 5: The Hunter River

With stunning red cliffs set against rainforest and mangroves, the Hunter River offers the perfect setting for mud-crabbing, bird-watching, and exploring. Embark on an exhilarating hike to the hidden Jackson Falls, or see more breathtaking views from the helicopter. End the day with a sunset drink on Naturaliste Island before settling in for an overnight cruise to Vansittart Bay.
DAY 6: Eagle Falls

Today, we'll visit the Gwion Gwion, also known as "Bradshaw" rock art - ancient paintings that may be the oldest known to man. Afterwards, fish for mackerel in Vansittart Bay, take a helicopter to Eagle Falls for a picnic lunch amidst breathtaking scenery, or tender to local beaches and creeks.
DAY 7: The King George River

As soon as the tide is high enough at the King George River, we'll cross the sandbar at the mouth to reveal even more breathtaking river vistas. Our journey upstream will take us to the spectacular King George Falls. The captain will position True North's bow directly underneath the falls, giving you the opportunity for the shower of your life. Then, hop in the ship's helicopter to enjoy a magnificent bird's-eye view of this Kimberley icon.
DAY 8: Transfer to Kununurra

After a week of unforgettable memories onboard True North, we disembark today and transfer to Kununurra where you may continue your exploration to many more incredible works of nature in the Kimberley region.
